This is a great idea, and I've noticed people doing just that. But better than that, I've noticed people like Michael Gamble and Ian F. retweeting those posts. I feel like they wouldn't retweet a lot of "Please more! We want DLC!" if the response was "No." That would be odd. It ´ s obvious that they still care a lot about MEA. They obviously needed more time with development, but everywhere you look in the game, you can see they put a lot of work into it. There is just too much of those little details for people who know where to look for them. One example - galaxy map. It ´ s seriously one of the most beautiful and detailed things I ´ ve ever seen. But only for people, who know how to appreciate it. yeah and th little things you can see ou tthe windows of the te,mpest you can see too while on the Tempest like for example the planets your orbiting or the Architect you just killed and things like that.

It's great to have some positivity, and as the other people have said, it seems Bioware are on board even if they aren't saying anything. A lot of it is everyone has to have instant gratification in regards to media now of days, and with a general lack of patience (and I admit that I have had to learn the value of patience the hard way, but still I have my limits) comes the "if we haven't heard any news must be bad" mentality and angry rantings from the haters and/or the gloom & doom crowd. Yeah I htink it's just a case of we need to be a littl bit more patient and give them more time. I definitely get the feeling we'll hear something next month with all the teasing irt's moer they'er just not ready to reveal it yet. If we getto August an nothing's been said then yes that's when we should be worried but I don't think we need to panic yet. Especially as we're not even in July yet. Hopefully give it another couple of weeks they'll be ready.

Instead of the pessimistic attitude towards DLC, perhaps people should keep letting them know on twitter that they're interested in SP DLC. This is a great idea, and I've noticed people doing just that. But better than that, I've noticed people like Michael Gamble and Ian F. retweeting those posts. I feel like they wouldn't retweet a lot of "Please more! We want DLC!" if the response was "No." That would be odd. Interesting. It's no more solid then all the 'OMFG BIOWARE IS DOOMED CLICK ON MY NOT-CLICKBAIT TO READ MOAR' crowd, but yeah. I get the sense they've been testing the water and its getting through. That is assuming they haven't been devoured by the mutant poutine or whatever the sky-is-falling story du jour is.

It ´ s obvious that they still care a lot about MEA. They obviously needed more time with development, but everywhere you look in the game, you can see they put a lot of work into it. Yep. Sadly, only a few people (as far as I can tell) actually appreciate those things.

It is the exactly how I imagined a perfect galaxy map in a Mass Effect game should be. So here is one thumbs up for the GM, it's brilliantly done and as far as I am concerned, they really didn't need to patch in the traveling skip. I never use it.

Yeah I appreciate everything in MEA as it's a good game admittedly it may not have come together in the way Boiware wanted with all the problems they had but still considering the problems it's still pretty solid I think. It's the main reason why despite it's problems I still have my fingers crossed for DLC's

I know some people just want to crack on with it and it's great for them but I love those scenes flying in and out between planets and systems.

I thought I was the only one who sat through each scene. I just assumed that it must look drab on less than ultra settings.

Yep. Sadly, only a few people (as far as I can tell) actually appreciate those things. It's the small things that make me come back. I just got through the bar fight scene with Drack and after it was over there was this human talking/flirting with Umi, the asari bartender and I saw and scanned a drunk krogan passed out under a near by table, and a group of drunk salarians talking about how tough Drack is. And all of this is something as many times as I played this game on both my PS4 and Xbox One (this is my 4th PS4 playthrough and my 8th between the two consoles) and I had never noticed any of this stuff before. These aren't big universe shaking deals these are small details that make ME:A and the whole Mass Effect series feel alive.

But the option was necessary for enjoyment. "they really didn't need" - its not just about you

IMO June - Okay, the doom and gloomers getting loud, but whatever July - Okay, we can more appropriately speculate August - Okay, we can worry Sept - Okay, we can really worry If there's nothing by end of Sept, maybe Aug, then either nothing is happening, we're getting just one pushed out DLC and that's it, or they're doing some huge secret project (unlikely, but still more likely than a cadence of 2+ DLCs). So yeah... something this summer or I'll actually lose hope.

If they announce something in August but don't release it till September that's another matter. But I suspect we'll get something in July purely based on the recent teasing. At least I get the feeling they're getting close to announcing something.

The skip feature was essential.

The only thing that annoys me about the patch is that the left the "Press TAB to skip" message visible every time all the time. Would have been better to show it once and then leave well enough alone.

I posted something similar in the DLC hint thread. My question is, when did the developers say they were wrapping up the stuff teased? I can't find that anywhere.

May I remind everyone that no major company is testing the water through tweets but through their highly paid market research departments. Does EA really have that? I'm not being snarky. I just looked up Chris Bruzzo. He's doing a horrible job on behalf of BioWare unless these forums were his idea. And you're right... they're stupid rich. Wow. I feel stupid paying full price.

Yes, most are stupid rich from making these AAA games. A company like EA definitely has highly paid and expert market research depts. This is all about money, always. All the people making decisions care about is that, regardless of what others involved want. That's why they wouldn't delay the game further so it didn't debut in such a mess. If DLC looks as if it will make enough money they will make it. And that will depend on algorithmic sales projections, not a hashtag. If the DLC profit doesn't seem worth the manpower based on those projections, they won't do it. Simple as that. I have more twitter followers than that guy. ETA: Jokes on me because he makes like 100000000000000x times what I make and I'm probably going to die in a gutter for lack of money, healthcare, etc. But: I have more twitter followers. SO.
