I fail to see how this game is "sjw propoganda"

You're responding to someone talking about torturing gay people to be straight. That is clearly what is being disussed here -- converting gay people into straight people. Why you would respond this way if you don't think torturing gay people to be straight is viable is beyond me.

Are you serious? My original comment was about a practice that amounts to torture, and your responses have been a constant refrain of, "well, people just need to want it enough."

I have been silent for the past few pages because I still dont think we can move forward with OP's original discussion until we reach some agreement about what SJW actually means.

weve seen five different definitions in this thread alone.... i think we need a poll or something, do it democratic style, at least for the purposes of this discussion

Well, some people in this thread seem to believe SJWs are a real, apparent threat that either made Bioware write the game a certain way or else wrote the game themselves.

While I think that the people they know as SJWs are just an unorganized rabble of loud extremists that dont represent the left, I'm willing to use someone elses definition for the sake of discussing why they think these people are powerful enough to cause a AAA gaming company's biggest IP to fail.

In gaming I would suggest the term SJW is applied to a situation where:
- the main protagonist is not a (white) male
- females are not sexualised in a manner attractive to men
- female characters are not deemed to be pretty enough
- anything other than straight women (or attractive lesbians) are around to either be romanced or have it depicted
- women feature in a prominent role / have issues that are not related to the male character (I.e. a Bechtel test).

So basically a whole load of misogyny, sexism and homophobia, occasionally sprinkled with some causal racism.

One thing I have observed is that those who are the most ardent come from the US, however that is merely a personal observation.
