Twitchy Questioning 19: Le Gouffre Aux Twitches

This is supposedly the last regular weekly Twitch stream. Unclear if they will do any more after this -- maybe irregularly?

Anyway I don't feel much like asking the hard-hitting questions this week. I'll probably just spout some platitudes and thank them for their time.

I know it's very depressing, but it might be our last chance to pass along what we want as a farewell gift, if it's even possible...

My questions from last week are still valid, so I suggest them again for this week:

These could seriously help us enjoy the game more by broadening our possibilities:
(things being locked for too long just restrict the gameplay variety)

1. Can they lower the price of those UR Character to 450 - 500 MF, which is the equivalent of a week in the APEX APP.

2. Can they increase 2x the UR drop to offset Bulwark/Concussive/Siphon and doubling the UR Character cards pool.

3. Can they release an Ammo pack with level 1 Ammo of every type (Cryo, Disruptor, Incendiary) at an affordable price for a Bronze player?

4. Can they lower the MF price of extra mods only available thru the store so we can get them in less than a year?

5. Can we get a pack with 1 UR every week for completing one of the APEX mission, which would be the equivalent of weekly challenges in ME3 MP?

6. Can we get an extra 10% credits for extracting successfully?

7A. Can they remove the Revive/First Aid/Ammo/Cobra from packs so it only is available from Supply and Jumbo packs?
7B. Or reduce it considerably so we get more Boosters instead?

8. Can they increase the weapon damage buff on Cryo Ammo to offset the Armor Debuff overriding instead of stacking?

9. Can the DOT on Incendiary Ammo be increased to offset the fact it doesn't deal extra damage to Armor?

10. Can they release every piece of Equipment in the store so we can finally use every playstyle equally?
(randomization clearly didn't work, 2 weeks in a row with no new items, and the Pistols have been prioritized with the Pistol Amp over Shotguns since the amp is still unreleased)

11. Can they simply integrate the store-only weapon mods in the packs? Replace the Revive / First Aid / Ammo / Cobra if needed as we already have those covered elsewhere (supply/jumbo)...

I expect Fernando to be on-screen and not in the chat, which wipes out the main question-answerer anyway.

Even if they shocked us and not only answered, but answered a great number of longstanding questions, I'm not sure many are even still around to see it.

I've been wondering the last week if there are a number of others like myself who are still checking here daily and just not seeing any threads interesting enough to post in, or if there are only even a couple of us still looking.

Has the Reddit community gone as dark as BSN?

No thanks from me. I paid $60 for a AAA game, with expectations that the multiplayer would be at least as good as ME3. I was disappointed, to say the least. I won't ask for my money back, but I won't be buying any EA/Bioware games at full price ever again.

I'm quite confident he means waffles.

Look, the studio made the mistakes that led to this. They had five years to make this game, which is all the time in the world in this industry. They squandered most of it on a really bad idea that would have been tough for an experienced studio to pull off, let alone a studio working on their first full title. And they knew going in they'd need to build a lot of systems for the Frostbite engine, so blaming it on that rings hollow.

At the end of the five years, this team put out a game that was worse than what Edmonton had made in 22 months and was seriously tanking BW's reputation. Why would anyone continue to invest money in supporting a failing product with a proven-ineffective team and prolong the issues?

The devs may not have made the call to discontinue support or turn this game into a microtransaction milk machine, but their inability to put out something worth supporting and could generate revenue on its merits was their own fault.

Sure, but I needed something positive to say so I could make my "looking into it" joke.

How about making it a stack of 3 or 5 or these instead of just one in a premium pack taking up space? If we actually get an appreciable amount of Revive/First Aid/Ammo/Consumables in our higher-price packs, it won't feel like a complete waste of a slot.
