The PC version of Watch Dogs 2 has been delayed to the 29th November instead of being released on 15th November as initially scheduled. The reason for this is a number of special enchancements that are in the PC version though this may be publicity talk for them trying to root out some issues and what not but in either case, I'm fine with a delay.
"Watch Dogs 2 features a multitude of PC-specific enhancements, including support for full 4K resolution with Ultra Textures and Extra Details options; an uncapped framerate; and a host of other features and options specifically requested by the Watch Dogs 2 community. To ensure that these and other features are polished and optimized to meet the development team’s standards, the PC version of Watch Dogs 2 will now be released on November 29." - UbiBlog
The Watch Dogs 2 team also announced a new release date of November 29 for the PC version of the game. The extra time will be used for additional polish and will help ensure the game runs smoothly across a broad range of PC hardware." - UbiBlog Aditional features are listed as the following:
Additional Features
General • 4K support • Stuttering/lag framerate optimization – We employed a fix that makes all controls much more responsive and less framerate-related. We’ve optimized resource creation, GPU VRAM upload and required VRAM for the game. • No FPS cap • Full SLI/Crossfire support at launch • Multiple save file support – This feature allows players to have up to three auto save slots for three separate playthroughs. • Multi-monitor support with borderless mode and advanced settings that allow for customized placement of menu and HUD. • Multiple windowed mode options – Windowed mode with flexible/resizable windows, multi-monitor borderless.
Improved Graphic Features • Screen Space Reflections • Headlight Shadows – Support for additional shadows from car headlights • Extra Details Options – Increases the level of detail for all objects in the game, and adds more details to objects in the distance.
Improved Graphics Options • FOV sliders • Pixel Density sliders • Sharpness sliders • Ultra Textures pack available at launch
• Anti-aliasing options: o TXAA o MSAA o Post Processing Anti-Aliasing options SMAA and FXAA
Improved Keyboard/Mouse controls • Full adaptation with mouse and keyboard • We’re using raw mouse input to reduce latency and use the Windows hardware cursor throughout the game without any additional signal filtering to smooth or accelerate mouse movement by default • Advanced keyboard support – Keyboard hotkeys for every menu and app for faster access. Additionally, all hotkeys can be remapped. • Mouse-centric UI – Any UI screen, menus or smartphone app supports full mouse interaction, so the player can finish any UI task with the mouse only. Everything is clickable and has appropriate button states. • Toggle/Hold modes for different controls (aim, sprint, walk, inventory, etc.)
Driving • Driving has been adapted to suit the keyboard controls, with adjustable steering sensitivity. Same goes for driving camera sensitivity and auto-centering camera behavior
Gamepad support • On-the-fly switching between mouse and keyboard to gamepad, without any additional options, UI will just switch to gamepad mode • Supported gamepads: Xbox One controller, PlayStation 4 DualShock controller

I agree about the temptation. As I'll be playing the game soon, I don't actually need to know any more now, though I'm happy to discuss it

I agree about the temptation. As I'll be playing the game soon, I don't actually need to know any more now, though I'm happy to discuss it Man, I love Wrench and Marcus' interactions: I can completely buy that these two are or become friends. Like, there's a scene in the Cyber Rider where Wrench reveals he waited for Marcus so they could watch a trailer together which is something me and my friends do. That's not even going into how excited they are about it or the other moments that not only got a smile or chuckle out of me but legitimately made me laugh. From what I've seen so far, the game really know how to make these characters feel like people with nuances, hobbies and quirks. God, I hope this impression continues in the game itself.

This video has what appears to be the whole Cyber Driver Mission: it's timestamped at around 16:09. There is some interesting stuff before that as well.

Information about some of the post-launch downloadable content:
DLC 1 - T-Bone Content Bundle: Players will get the style and the swagger of legendary hacker Raymond “T-Bone” Kenney with his truck and outfit and discover Mayhem, a new co-op difficulty level that will pit players against a new enemy archetype armed with advanced weaponry. (Available December 13th for PlayStation 4)
•DLC 2 - Human Conditions: Through several hours of additional mission content in three new world stories, players will uncover San Francisco’s biggest scandals on the cutting edge of science, medicine and misuse. In Human Conditions, players will also experience new elite co-op missions and face a new enemy type: Jammer, with the technology to hunt players down. (Available Spring 2017)
•DLC 3 - No Compromise: Players will experience an all-new world story which mixes Marcus up in the seedy underbelly of San Francisco and puts him in the crosshairs of the Russian mafia. Also includes a new co-op mode: Showd0wn, where only the best players will get to survive. (Available Spring 2017)
•Psychedelic Pack: Customize Marcus’s outfit, weapon, drone and car in the grooviest style. (Available on Day One) •Root Access Bundle: Includes full sets of outfits, new cars, a drone skin and a new weapon, as well as the Zodiac Killer mission. (Available this Winter)
Spoilers concerning WD1 character confirmed to return:
Jordi Chin is confirmed to be returning in the DLC - Bad Medicine. I'm not quite sure if it is a DLC or a mission within a DLC. As far as I know, it has neither been confirmed nor denied whether he'll appear in the main game itself.

Watch Dogs 2 Collector's Edition Unboxing + Gameplay Cop Chase The gameplay portion is timemarked at about 2:30
As unpacked by a mime. I admit I also mistook the Dedsec scarf for underwear for a brief moment. If it can handle it, I'm planning on using the statue as a place to keep some of my books although it could do for other stuff too. Bit harder to lose things if they're left on that statue. It kinda stands out significantly. Looks like a good haul overall, in my opinion.
Note: this is the Return of Dedsec collector's edition. It also comes with the Gold Edition of the game which includes the season pass and the deluxe pack. The deluxe pack contains two customization packs with skins for Marcus' clothes, car and weapon. One of the packs looks amusingly like Marcus borrowed some of Wrench's clothes.

Watch Dogs 2 Collector's Edition Unboxing - IGN First
I think it's adorable. It would have been hilarious to see my dogs' reaction to it.
I admit I'm still a bit bothered that this was not included in the above edition. Return of Dedsec is the edition that contains all of the content that is otherwise spread out amongst the different editions. The only item that's not included in the edition is the Wrench Jr. robot and it feels like it was left out to make people that were interested in the above edition and the robot buy them both. It may be Ubisoft thought combining them would up the price of the Return of Dedsec to a point where less people would be interested in buying it but I don't know, it feels like it was done for the former reason and not for the latter.
Note: this is the Wrench Jr. collector's edition. It comes with the Gold Edition of the game which includes the season pass and the deluxe pack. The deluxe pack contains two customization packs with skins for Marcus' clothes, car and weapon.

- When you commit a crime even if it is only punching someone, nearby NPCs might attempt to call the police. You can be alerted of this by a small icon on them and prevent it such as by grabbing their phone.
- You can call hits on NPCs.
- You can wire money to NPCs in predicaments.
- You can call the police on NPCs wanted for crimes such as cop killing.
- You can steal money from NPCs.
- You can troll NPCs.

Yeah, I love the idea of being able to help people out who are in a bad spot in their life or just down on their luck. It would also make a lot of information you can find a whole lot bearable: You see someone whose dog needs an operation said someone can't afford? Wire money. You see someone who has left an abusive relationship? Wire money. You see someone struggling with student debts? Wire money. You see someone struggling to make ends meet? Wire money. You see someone who wants to buy an album but can't afford it? Wire money.
It can also be amusing if you happen to be wiring money you stole from, say, unpleasent people.
Being able to call the police on people wanting for crimes also has a practical side since sometimes guards are the ones who have a warrant out or once did something so you can help the police, be a good citizen and at the same time, get rid of an obstacle.

Yep this is a massive improvement. I hope you can be a dickhead and do nasty things to good people as well though.
