... and that was my point... neither scenario is "sillier" than the other. Both have some unanswered problems as does the scenario where Alec is dead. Bioware left it loosey goosey (not uncommon for them).. probably because they hadn't decided what they really wanted to do with it yet. Why I'm leaning towards Alec being taken is the similarity I see between the N7 in the trailer and Primus at the end plus not knowing why, all of a sudden there would be dissension in the kett ranks... after they've been fighting the Angara and trying to decipher the remnant for around 70 years already. I still don't what the actual unanswered problems are in the "Alec is dead" scenario. |

Carlyle: "Dumped into space. Yeah, that's the ticket." [meanwhile, on Kett ark heading back to the homeworld] Alec: "I'm not telling you anything." Kett guard: "Doesn't matter. This game is going to end without this thread being resolved or even hinted at anyway. [leans in menacingly] Not even sequel bait." Alec: "No....NOOOOOOOOOOO" |
