BioWare- there will be no blood magic Rook-hold my beer Nowhere in the entire game have I found or heard an explanation as to why Rook can't/won't/mustn't use blood magic. Solas tells us something different about blood magic in Veilguard than he did in Inquisition, but he uses it himself. Which underlines Rook's statement that Solas has a lot in common with the other old mages. But whatever Solas says about blood magic, Rook doesn't need to worry. And Solas seems to be able to do it, because Rook doesn't use his share of the ritual that he has through his blood, or has no idea about blood magic at the time.

They are new At least I have some quests that I'm pretty sure it didn't show level recommendation, as I read them in the quest log before and after the patch

Finished the game on a new Rook. After the credits, I went back to watch the redeem ending and the first words out of the Inquisitors mouth are unmistakably British, despite him having the American VA. Next sentence it was back to the correct VO, but it was a weird bug.
Edit: Reminds me of how in DAI, my American Solavellan asks Solas to dance at the winter palace, but it's with the male British VA.

Im actually much farther along in the game with my second Rook, a Duelist Blade-weilding Rogue named Cressida de Riva, than I am with my main character. Im really enjoying the Rogue

i think you talk about a unique helmet. at least for my warrior i had that one, i don't know if for the mage is the same item but i don't have item that changes cost

Unfortunately it's this... and i say unfortunately because that talent also remove 20 sec from all my other spells....and this is useful
