If organics in the milky way can create unstoppable synthetics which can wipe out all life, what would stop organics in the Andromeda galaxy to do the same? Those synthetics shouldn't have any problem traveling to our galaxy and would make the reaper „solution“ completely redundant.

The most logical reason is the Reapers were only created for the Milky Way, with the Milky Way in mind, by species in the Milky Way. it is clear they do not engage in any critical thinking skills and are essentially operating to their programming because if they thought about the logic they used, given the evidence presented in the trilogy, they would determine they were...being stupid.
However, I often did think it would be funny if the Reapers did make periodic sweeps through the Andromeda Galaxy to. Say, every 25000 years they hit the MW and then the next 25000 they hit Andromeda. Might explain why everything seems so dang primitive.

We actually don't know how advanced the races in Andromeda are and why the Kett aren't dominating the galaxy with an iron fist like the Protheans did in the MW. I would hold on the statement that the Andromeda technology is relatively primitive.

I would hold on the statement that the Andromeda technology is relatively primitive. Not only that but from some of the marketing I get the feeling, that, at least for the Helios Cluster three has been some sort of event recently which has reset the technological map in the area. A mass extinction of some sort or technological upheavel.

Doylist perspective: Writers didn't want them in the new series.
Watsonian perspective: Reapers were only focused on harvesting the Milky Way Galaxy.
There's also the possibility that the Catalyst was full of bull excrement.

I just see it as that the reapers were specifically created for the milky way galaxy and are tethered to the milky way and only have eyes for the milky way and the other galaxies like andromeda they don't care for

Because there was no threat posed by anything in the andromeda galaxy, so they had no reason to go to the andromeda galaxy.

It is possible they might have been visiting Andromeda in the past, before Shepard destroyed them. There is no reason why the Reapers couldn't have been active in the entire Local Group. Vigil speculated that the Reapers went into hibernation between cycles in the Milky Way, but perhaps instead they were busy in other galaxies between the Milky Way cycles. It doesn't seem like the colonists from the Milky Way encounter any Andromedan civilizations that are on par technologically with the ancient Leviathans or the Reapers, so maybe the Reapers were the reason for that.

That is a very interesting question.
If the Catalyst says that synthetics (in general) will invariably be created and kill organics (in general) because it's by definition, the only way they'll try to evolve themselves, makes you wonder how there's still organic life in Andromeda and there isn't something similar to the Reapers there (or maybe there is).
They developed FTL at least, and their technology design is organic. But even so, that wouldn't explain the billions of years that this galaxy had to evolve at least one species to similar levels of power and tech of the Leviathans.
(The Kett are obviously not in this level, otherwise we wouldn't stand a chance fighting them and there would be no game.)
Even with extreme infighting holding back the Andromeda species, synthetics from one or more of them would've had exterminated everyone. Makes you think that there will be something else going on there, if they care to explain it. I'm sure I would like that.
Every new galaxy we visit in this franchise will have to deal with this problem, presented by the eons old annoying kid.

As we know, the Catalyst was a broken AI with a very one track mind.
If his core program was to solve the synthetic/organic conflict that was plaguing the Leviathan's Empire (which we're told spanned the entire Milky Way), then he would have no reason to look outwards to other galaxies. Resolving the conflict in the Milky Way was his prime directive, which never changed, despite the extreme ways he reinterpreted how to go about implementing a solution to go about "fixing" the problem.

Maybe you will hate this idea but here it is for your hate:
Maybe the Reapers were native to the Andromeda galaxy.... They had a war against an enemy greater than them and they lost and fled to the milky way galaxy.
Which they then used the Milky-Way as a petri-dish to try and find a way to overcome their enemy. However such experiments were slow and took way too long and failed a lot leading to culling the galaxy and erasing the evidence.
After which they had to start over which would take time a lot of time. Since their experiments were on the local species. Having to start from scratch a lot led to not being able to increase their numbers as fast as they would have liked.
During the millions and millions of years of these experiments they mutated into the beings that we all know and love. That explains the harvesting of species into new reapers: a failing attempt to increase their numbers sufficiently for another war. So that when they were strong enough they could go back and beat the foe that had caused them to flee in the first place.
A foe that when we get to Andromeda we will all come to know has also mutated, changed, died-out and transcended but will be seen as a race that simply seemed to disappear. The Khett are their devoted followers who have watched over their technology since their disappearance. A race of beings that we will encounter a few straggler survivors of that we will come to call the Remnant.
