I'd say in many case the 'problems' that people beak off on all the time are based on a very short smidgen on evidence. And because the 'problems' are put forth in a fashion that has no tact at all and comes off as rants which really damage any valid points being made. And because it often seems to be the same group of people blasting EVERYTHING under the sun.

I can totally see people making a logical argument as to why something is poor, BioWare has made enough mistakes in the past for sure. If it is stated by the same people over and over and over again with little tact you come off like whiney bitches. Don't expect to get back patted for blasting the 100th thing you think stinks over the last month.

It looks to be as good as any prior Mass Effect to me, I am not sure where it seems to be such as issue. I remember in the fabled Dragon Age: Origins I had squad members just standing in the middle of an area being beaten to death because they couldn't figure a way around a table. There have been issues like that in any squad based game I have every played so I am not going to hold BioWare to any higher standard then another developer.

A pillar of a squad-based game, the team AI, is outright broken. This will have a significant negative impact on how good the gameplay can get. You cannot refute that.

Yet, most of the people here who actually give a shit about the gameplay dismiss this complaint as being unimportant. Why? low standards.

There's a good way that I know of to deal with people that don't agree with logic (i.e. idiots), and that is to throw names. But this is a moderated forum, so I'm not doing that today.
