I've been watching a no commentary walk-through and so far every asari I've seen has the exact same face as the ship doctor. Different colors and markings but same face.

Am I wrong? Or did BioWare drop the ball here?

I've been playing for awhile and yeah, definitely noticed a few copy pasted Asari here and there. I think in the trilogy they went heavy on the tattoos/art to diversify them.

Yea, they do for the most part... only the big ones (PeeBee and Lexi) have different face models, the rest has only color variations. Goes for all aliens.

Yup, just like all the past games. If it's not a specific NPC, it's the singular Asari face which is more odd now then it was for some reason in ME1-3. I have no idea why it wasn't as weird in those games. It's almost like it's to noticable or something? Maybe it's because it's Lexi's face and you expect the doc to have a unique face model.

Either way yeah, more jarring then past games even though they did the same thing in those.

In ME2 there were at least 3 or 4 asari faces that were used over and over again.

Here in Andromeda it's the exact same face again and again for all of them and that's just fucking lazy.

They could have at least Given Lexi a unique face. Like hers seems to be more detailed but it's still the same model. It just stands out with Asari because they have such human looking faces.
