tacsear I saw your post in the other thread but discussion about AC is better for this one so I'll reply here

I liked all the AC games as well. I liked Connors story, but I wasn't a fan of the side stuff in the frontier or how many quests were broken so I couldn't finish them. I also liked Unity well enough, even if I felt Arno was a bit boring. I pre-ordered it for PC but couldn't even play it for 4 months after it came out because it ran so poorly. But Syndicate was beautiful, I loved Jacob and Evie, the story was good, the side stuff was mostly fun, the dlc was fun, the combat was fun. I felt like they improved almost everything in Syndicate.

I have high hopes for the next game, I just hope they didn't change everything up. I know people scream it's the same thing every game, but I like it, it makes it AC. If I want combat or story that isn't AC I play something that isn't AC. I hope that makes sense, lol.

Okay, I've rambled enough...the take away is I love AC

Connor is one of the best damn combatants I've ever played!

The combat will probably resemble Witcher 3 and this can be really good or really bad.

I'd be fine if there was more emphasis on strafing, blocking and parrying. I think they need to make combat in their games feel more immediate.
