I agree, this is crap. I'm getting the game on PS4 and I assume that I'm stuck with Polish dubbing only, right? Nah, there is no Polish dubbing for this game (luckily). There is no problem with changing the game's language on consoles, the problem is valid only for the PC version. Thanks for the info! My PC won't handle Andromeda, so I'm picking the PS4 version, but I still don't understand why Poland has to be region locked without any access to English subs.

I agree, this is crap. I'm getting the game on PS4 and I assume that I'm stuck with Polish dubbing only, right? I believe the Polish version has only Polish subs, no dubbing (fortunately... I still remember this monstrosity, which was ME2 with Polish dub.... Stuff of nightmares). But still, Polish subs for DAI were terrible - tons of mistakes, inconsistencies and constant confusion of the Inquisitor's gender (also Hawke's and Warden's). Yeah, I remember the DAI translation, it did look like there were too many translators at work here, considering the amount of errors. Perhaps the fact that translators usually have no access to the game itself, only the lines to be translated, was also the factor here.

Telltale Qunari game would be an amazing opportunity to explore the society and learn its lore. I'm all for it, would buy it in a heartbeat.

Actually, it's also true for Ubisoft. All the latest games Assassins Creed, Watch Dogs, Far Cry only available in Russian, I had to stop buying all their games jfc this is bullshit. And apparently this happens only with Poland and Russia.... I have no freaking idea why they block language packs for us I agree, this is crap. I'm getting the game on PS4 and I assume that I'm stuck with Polish dubbing only, right?

It's...it's beautiful! And I don't care if it's realistic or not. Indeed she is that's one of the reasons why I can't wait to take command I want to make sure she's well looked after during my missions. She may even put the Normandy SR1 to shame and that was a lovely ship too. Yup, she's a real eye candy, elegant and sleek. And the name's more than fitting to its character.

Love the banter, Tom and Fryda have great compatibility, so watching the video for me is sheer fun. They're quite a duo!
I'm also surprising myself here, but I think I'll give BroRyder at least one playthrough, thanks to Tom's soothing voice.

PS4, since my PC can't handle anything more demanding than ME trilogy, plus I got used to my comfy couch. I'll miss the mods, though. I'm also very wary of region lock.

I didn't, but i get me that feeling of "emptiness" that i get everytime i finish something i really like. Same here. It's like "where do I go from here?", "What am I to do with myself?", "How will I go on?", etc. ;-)

HHmm, I love TW3 and I'm pretty certain ME:A will not bomb. Even more so, I'm really looking forward to playing Bioware's new adventure. So, yeah, it is possible to enjoy both worlds. Shocking, I know.

Having never played a Sci-fi game before, the whole of ME:1 was one big WOW for me so I can't really pinpoint what stood out the most......Maybe Sovereign? I can tell you my first WTF? moment though. It was a damned thresher maw, which proceeded to kill me twice before I fled back to the ship and refused to return until my third Play-through. There really should be a warning about giant Worm ambushes. So much this. The thresher maw almost made quit the game altogether. But I felt so excited when I finally killed the bugger.

I actually like the idea of continuity, provided it's made relevant and not retconned in a ridiculous way.
DA Keep was a good start, also because I could just go totally random on my choices there and see where it gets me.

Usually I customize like crazy, but I made an exception for DA2, because I really liked default fHawke. So far I find SisRyder fine, so I'll make up my mind once I see character creator.

SisRyder, no contest. Then, after a few playthroughs, maybe BroRyder, but uncertain at this point. I never finished my maleShep playthrough, just couldn't get into it at all. I just don't find playing male characters all that interesting, if I have a female counterpart.

Self Insert
Most people's main characters are reflections of themselves and what they would do in certain situations. This is not a criticism, as the whole point of roleplaying games are wish fulfillment. The issue comes when they *ONLY* play themselves, that even considering other viewpoints is wrong. It isn't just whether they are "good" or "evil", it's any deviation; gender and sexuality, race, politics and religion, idealism vs cynicism, logic vs emotion, etc. The idea that their character must be an insert, and not like a story they write, baffles them. A long with the lack of creativity, I wonder why such players would spend 60 dollars on a game that they only intend to use a quarter of the content. There is also the fact that many players who Self Insert also Meta-Game; i.e. they intentionally spoil themselves with wikis and walthroughs in order get their desired outcome, rather than playing the game organically. I won't lie, I've done this a few times in the past, but only when I had trouble otherwise. It's your money, you can play however you want to. But if you're not going to actually play the game, why buy it at all? Why not just watch Let's Plays and write fanfiction? I won't lie, I find your attitude in the paragraphs above a bit condescending towards some players. Since it's their money and their time they decide to give to the game, why should anyone tell them their playstyle "lacks creativity"? And even if it does, so what?

There's no way they'd just up and abandon this franchise. Madness. Exactly, it just makes no sense. Why would EA kill their goose that lays the golden egg of DA? As someone mentioned before, it's an iconic series which still makes tons of money.

Also eveyone keeps mentioning TW3. When does it get interesting? I've only played 3/4 hours and I find it tedious. It could be that Geralt keeps annoying me so far. Actually I felt like that when I started playing W3. I found the combat frustrating and difficult, I wasn't really sold on Geralt and I couldn't get into the story. Plus the loading times on PS4 annoyed me far more than these three elements combined. But I persisted and it turned out great. Geralt really grew on me, give the guy a chance

Ridiculously happy? I don't think I've ever been ridiculously happy in my life, so I'll just go for interested, cautiously interested, with a hint of intrigued Well that's depressing Hopefully that will change! Never thought about it as depressing, actually. But you know what - it did change! I'm not gonna go into specifics, but yeah, I've been kinda dazed and confused very recently, but in a good way, the best way So, it seems that your kind wish has come true

My first playthrough was definitely the most memorable and overwhelming one at the same time, because I had to learn everything about the game while playing it, which tied nicely to my Brosca's general confusion as to wtf was going on around her.
