This 3rd teaser seems to confirm that the two upside down figures in the second teaser mural are indeed elven gods as suspected. As their headresses (right most and centre) are amoung the seven elven gods that Solas imprisoned. And also seems to confirm that the golden city became the black city when he put up the veil, whether as a result of being cut off from thedas, or being cut off from thedas because it was tainted. Given the same circle surrounded by semi circles existed in the first teaser it seems likely that they respresent the elven gods too. And that the two semi circles that are a different colour are probably the two elven gods that show in the second teaser mural - because while the 7 semi circles are rotated left around the the circle, the two that are golden are still in the same position relative to the others as the two 3rd teaser headdresses that match the 2nd teaser upside down figures. (right most and centre)

There is something odd though in what he says just before that: "He wanted ....." Surely, if this is something that is a future threat, he should have said "He wants....."? I realise this is nit-picking over grammar but it could be relevant. Since this was during the image of Solas'in front of a big green circle crackling with green energy i just figure Varric was talking about what he wanted when he gave Corypheus the orb. Telling the DADtagonist about what happened in Inquisition I'd guess. |

I wonder what the golden disc above the Golden City is meant to represent? I noticed that it didn't change colour when the city did but remained golden as everything else turned to black. I think that's the sun. Its in the same basic position throughout every frame in "Who is the Dread Wolf" essentially. What that means, I have no idea. Could represent something, as it is the central circle of those three overlapping ones. It could have something to do with Elgar'nan's father. Could represent titan biomes at the center of the world, which we saw have their own light sources. Could just represent wisdom, enlightenment or perception cus of its sun imagery in shot 1 and its placement in teh center of the forehead in shot 2.

But the pincer one on the guy in the right side of the second image above is oriented with the open side of the pincers up in the new teaser image. The open side should be down, like in the second image here.

Furthermore, those prisons appear to be around the Veil, possibly even holding it in place. They are not located inside the ex-Golden/currently-Black City. And only two are still active. If they are indeed linked to the Archdemons and the Blights in some way, and two more Blights were to occur, the Veil could be torn down anyway even without Solas' intervention.

The more they shove him into the marketing the more I am suspecting he won't be in the game that much and yet whatever he says when he is being featured indicates he might be.

I noticed that the centre one was upside down (relative to the fade/golden city) but asumed they'd just rotated it for the look of the thing. But perhpas its significant that all the other headdresses/evanuris are looking into the fade/at the golden city, whilst the centre one is looking at something else. The mountains? Thedas?

I think that Ghilan'nain will be released at some point in DA:D and maybe she's one of the figures in the background and the concept art from years ago. Compared to the other Evanuris, Ghilan'Nain is mention a lot much like how Fen'Harel was mentioned in different DA media. The Evanuris associated to spear and lightning is Andruil. But that monstrosity has two tails and four arms, so I'm going to speculate that the last two Evanuris are going Power Ranger Zords on us...

Apologies for being late to the party, but that is the clearest version of that art piece I have seen and I just noticed that the snake monster actually has defined facial features and pointy ears:  Elven god monster almost certainly confirmed?
